BatchLoop Rides is a peer-to-peer campus lift and commute sharing network exclusively for college students in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). It connects classmates and campus commuters traveling along the same daily route to share empty bike seats and split petrol costs.
2Is there any platform fee or commission on rides?
Zero! BatchLoop charges 0% commission. All fuel contributions are settled directly between students via direct UPI scan-and-pay or free shared rides with no middleman cuts.
3How does petrol cost splitting work?
When a driver posts a lift, they set a transparent petrol split amount (typically ₹15–₹25 per ride, or weekly/monthly pool based on ₹2.50/km). When the ride completes, passengers can pay via 1-tap UPI QR code directly to the driver's UPI VPA.
4How does the precision savings calculator compare against auto fares?
Standard Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar RTO 3-wheeler auto rickshaw fares start at ₹23 base + ₹15.33/km. BatchLoop rides average only ₹2.50/km split with a classmate, saving regular college commuters between ₹1,200 and ₹1,800 every month.
5What is the Same-Gender (Female-Only) Lift Filter?
BatchLoop includes a dedicated Same-Gender safety filter. Female students can filter for rides offered exclusively by verified female drivers or post requests that can only be accepted by female peers for maximum peace of mind.
6Who is eligible to offer or join rides?
Only verified college students with an active student profile can request or offer lifts. Drivers must be 18+ years of age with a valid driving license or verified Date of Birth.
7Is helmet wearing mandatory?
Yes, strictly. Both the driver and pillion rider MUST wear certified safety helmets at all times during the commute. Drivers and passengers can filter for rides that require helmets.
8Which colleges are supported in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar?
BatchLoop supports all major colleges including ICEEM (Pandharpur / Waluj), MIT College (Beed Bypass), GECA (Govt Engineering College), MGM / JNEC (CIDCO N-6), BAMU University, Deogiri College, CSMSS Chh. Shahu College, Government Polytechnic, and surrounding institutes.
9How is my contact information and phone number protected?
Your phone number is completely hidden in public listings and feeds. Contact details are only exchanged inside private encrypted chat rooms after a ride request has been explicitly accepted by the driver.
10How does Route Matching work if a driver is passing through my stop?
BatchLoop's route corridor engine calculates intermediate highway coordinates and subsegments. If a driver travels from CIDCO to ICEEM Waluj, students waiting at Baba Petrol Pump or Waluj Naka will automatically see the ride as a matched corridor pass-through.
11What if a ride gets cancelled or delayed?
You can cancel a ride agreement at any time before departure from your dashboard. Always message your commute partner in advance using the in-app chat to coordinate departure delays or changes.
12What is the Campus Trust Score?
The Campus Trust Score is a unified reputation rating earned by completing verified rides, maintaining punctuality, verifying your student identity, and receiving positive peer ratings from classmates.
13Who developed BatchLoop?
