To request or offer lifts, you must be an active student verified on the BatchLoop campus network.

To register vehicles and offer lifts as a driver, you must be 18+ years of age (verified via Date of Birth) or possess an approved driver's license check.

Drivers must possess active vehicular insurance as required by regional motor laws.

BatchLoop Rides is a peer-to-peer fuel-cost-sharing matching board for batchmates. It is NOT a taxi, commercial ride-hailing service, or taxi business.

Petrol split contributions (per ride, weekly, or monthly) are meant to split actual running costs, not generate commercial profits.

Drivers shall not operate rides as commercial motor carriers.

Both driver and passenger MUST wear certified safety helmets at all times during the commute.

Drivers must obey all speed limits, traffic regulations, and campus driving codes.

Rude conduct, reckless driving, or violating campus rules will result in immediate profile suspension from both Exchange and Rides apps.

BatchLoop Rides acts solely as a matching board connecting students going along similar routes. We do not provide transportation services.

Rides are coordinated, matching coordinates computed, and transit taken at the students' own discretion and risk.

BatchLoop is not liable for accidents, route delays, vehicle damage, personal injury, or peer disputes during the commute.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the matching system at any time.

Any fraudulent posting of coordinates or using automated bots to grab ride requests will lead to permanent account bans.
